CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and Reschedules that are less than 24 hours, the booking fee becomes your cancellation fee. Only one-time re-scheduling is allowed with the same booking fee Arriving late will cut into your appointment time. A 10 minute grace period is given. After this period there will be a $15 late fee for every 10 minutes that has passed. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and additionally you will lose your booking.
